Kotkan Kiinteistökeskus Oy LKV real estate agency works under this name since 2004.

Owners of the company are Markku Lauronen and Ari Nuutinen, both are in real estate business already more than 20 years each. There are 8 people working in company.

Company is operating across the Etelä-Kymenlaakso area, also we can offer objects in other areas of Finland, including the capital region, using our partnership.

Objects of our activity are: inhabited real estate and the ground areas, industrial, warehouse and office premises, also building. The company is engaged also in international real estate brokers activity. We have partners in Estonia, Russia, Spain and Turkey. The company takes part in activity of the "Cursor" which is engaged in support and development of the finnish -russian business.
